A short, soulful escape to India’s oldest living city – glowing ghats, ancient temples and a boat ride on the Ganga you’ll never forget.

This women-only weekend in Varanasi includes darshan at Kashi Vishwanath, a Banarasi street-food walk, a ghat walk, a Ganga boat ride and the evening Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat. The next day, find calm at Sarnath and the Dhamek Stupa, relax at Assi Ghat and explore the BHU campus.

Join us directly in Varanasi, or travel with the group by AC train from 15 cities – Delhi, Jaipur, Kolkata, Ranchi, Bhubaneswar, Siliguri, Raipur, Indore, Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Kochi. A female Trip Captain stays with the group throughout.

What’s included and what’s not

Policies

Payment policy

• Token amount: ₹1,000 per person at the time of booking to confirm your seat. The registration / booking amount is strictly non-refundable.
• Train packages: the full train ticket amount is also payable at booking, since tickets must be booked in advance.
• Land package payment: 50% of the remaining amount is due 10 days before departure.
• Final amount: the remaining balance is payable on arrival in Varanasi.
• All prices are per person, triple sharing. AC train fare is subject to availability, and any fare increase at the time of booking may apply.

Meeting point

• Train packages: board at your city’s station on 11 December.
• Direct Joiners: meet the group in Varanasi on the morning of 12 December.
• Train numbers, coach details and the Varanasi meeting point will be shared after booking.

Good to know

• Train berths are subject to availability at the time of booking and may not be confirmed instantly.
• Train ticket cancellations follow Indian Railways’ own rules and charges.
• Mid-December mornings and evenings are cool and can be foggy; fog may delay trains.
• Kashi Vishwanath darshan timings and queues may vary. Phones, bags and leather items are not allowed inside – lockers are available nearby.
• Please dress modestly for temple visits and keep valuables secure in crowded areas.
• An extra mattress is provided in triple rooms.
