Cancellation & refund policy

Payment policy

Your seat is confirmed in three simple steps:

• Token amount (at the time of booking): ₹1,000 per person to confirm the seat. If the package includes train travel, the full train ticket amount is also payable at the time of booking, since tickets must be booked in full.
• Land package payment (10 days before departure): 50% of the remaining land package amount is due 10 days before departure.
• Final amount (on arrival): the remaining balance is payable on arrival.

A valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory at the time of booking.

Cancellation charges

• 15 days or more before departure: 20% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• 14 to 10 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• 9 to 5 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• Less than 5 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the total package cost is non-refundable.

Please note

• Registration amount / booking deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
• All cancellations must be intimated in writing via email or WhatsApp to be considered valid.
• Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed within 10–14 business days to the original mode of payment.
• In case of trip cancellation by Sakhi Escapes due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternate date or full refund will be offered.
