Policies

Payment policy

• Token amount: ₹1,000 per person at the time of booking to confirm your seat. The registration / booking amount is strictly non-refundable.
• Land package payment: 50% of the remaining amount is due 20 days before departure.
• Final amount: the remaining balance is payable on the day of departure.
• Prices are per person, based on room sharing, plus 5% GST.

Reporting information

• Pickup: Delhi – early morning, 24 December 2026
• Drop: Delhi – 27 December 2026 (after the overnight return journey)
• The exact pickup / drop point and reporting time will be shared before departure.

Good to know

• This trip has exactly 2 hotel nights (24 & 25 December). Check-out is on 26 December, and the return to Delhi is an overnight road journey.
• Christmas week brings heavy traffic in Mussoorie, so sightseeing may be adjusted to keep the plan practical.
• Snowfall in Mussoorie is not guaranteed. Kempty Falls, Company Garden and Lal Tibba depend on weather, access and time.
• Early check-in on 24 December depends on hotel confirmation. Luggage storage on 26 December is subject to hotel permission.
• The hotel is subject to availability and may be replaced by a similar category property.
