This women-only road trip takes you from Delhi to Jaisalmer by private AC Tempo Traveller. Walk the lanes of the living Jaisalmer Fort, see the carved Patwon Ki Haveli and the ghats of Gadisar Lake, explore the abandoned village of Kuldhara, then head into the Thar Desert for jeep and camel safaris, a sunset over the Sam dunes, Rajasthani folk music and a New Year’s Eve dinner and countdown at a desert camp.

   • Assemble at the Delhi pickup point at night
   • Meet your Trip Coordinator and group
   • Board the private AC Tempo Traveller
   • Overnight journey to Jaisalmer with rest & comfort stops
2. Day 1Arrival & Golden City Sightseeing – Wed, 30 Dec

   • Arrive in Jaisalmer, hotel check-in
   • Freshen up and rest for some time
   • Jaisalmer Fort & old-city lanes
   • Patwon Ki Haveli
   • Gadisar Lake
   • Local shopping
   • Group bonding activity
   • Dinner and overnight stay in Jaisalmer
   • Sightseeing starts only after the group has rested from the overnight journey
3. Day 2Desert Adventure & New Year’s Eve – Thu, 31 Dec

   • Arrive in Delhi (subject to road conditions and driver rest)
   • Drop at the designated point
   • Trip ends
   • Arrival may extend into 3 January if road conditions or mandatory driver rest require it

Policies

Payment policy

• Token amount: ₹1,000 per person at the time of booking to confirm your seat. The registration / booking amount is strictly non-refundable.
• Land package payment: 50% of the remaining amount is due 10 days before departure.
• Final amount: the remaining balance is payable before boarding on 29 December.
• Prices are per person, based on room sharing, plus 5% GST.

Reporting information

• Pickup: Delhi – night of 29 December 2026
• Drop: Delhi – 2 January 2027
• Delhi–Jaisalmer is a long road journey (about 800 km each way). The exact pickup point, reporting time and camp details will be shared before departure.

Things to carry

• Original photo ID – required at the hotel and camp
• Warm jacket – desert nights can be near freezing
• Thermals and a sweater for the camp night
• Cap, scarf and gloves – cold mornings, strong sun
• Sunglasses and sunscreen for the desert glare
• Comfortable shoes for forts & dunes
• Lip balm and moisturiser
• Personal medicines, including travel-sickness tablets
• A party outfit for New Year’s Eve
• Power bank & some cash – charging at camps is limited

Good to know

• This is a road trip, with overnight journeys on 29 Dec and 1 Jan by private AC Tempo Traveller. Arrival times are approximate.
• Only two nights are in accommodation: a Jaisalmer hotel (30 Dec) and a desert camp (31 Dec). Rooms and tents are allotted as per your selected sharing, based on the final group count.
• An extra mattress is provided for triple and quad sharing.
• The New Year’s Eve programme, safaris and dinner are as per the camp’s written confirmation, shared before departure.
• Arrival in Delhi may extend into 3 January due to road conditions or mandatory driver rest.
• Additional costs from delays or operational changes beyond our control may be payable by the traveller.
